Max at his first orchestra concert.

Max will be the new author of his own blog. Yay!

Max has decided he wants to take over the blog. He changed the design and color with the help from his sister in law. I will continue to post some stories, but most, if not all, of the writing will be done by Max.

Max will now posted his own words...

Dear followers. Max had asked me if he can now post on this blog. He is energized and wanting to share his thoughts and desires. Max had an orchestra concert last night. His fine motor skills are several years behind schedule which made it hard for him to place the bow on the viola. He was so excited when I attended his morning concert and the look on his face was priceless. Please comment when Max post. I know he would love it. You will now be able partake of my son’s life who deals with autism. I sure do love him. Oh Max changed blog colors and design with Haylee help.

PRAYER TIME!

Tonight when getting ready for family prayer Max was asked to say prayer. He said; “No let’s have someone else…Malachi why don’t you say prayer?” We all began to giggle while Max became more serious and He spoke louder, Malachi say it…say a word… seven, six, five four, Malachi say a word…do I need to count to get you to say a word.” It was so funny…

Oh all day today Max told me he is going to work for the President as an inventor. He said, Mama I’m going to invent things to make everyone happy.

Funny Max...

Max and I had a snack yesterday and he wanted to play monopoly after. He randomly (I thought) got up and walked away from our snack. I asked what he was doing and he told me needed to go to the bathroom. I told him to come back and help clean up the snack after. He said to me, "You do all the work so we will have more time for monopoly." I was like... WHAT? He thought that was a great idea because he didn't want to help clean up. hahaha.

As I helped Max get on his scout shirt, he informed me, that I’m a slow poke and his is fast poke.

Max loves to ask interesting questions.

Tonight Max asked me if I was ever 16…I told him yes, and then he said, “Were you ever ten like me?” I said, “Yes, and I was even about the same size as you.” He said with a smile. “Wow that is cool!”
